Kelly Jean Lovell has spent more than 27 years helping people discover what their bodies and minds are capable of. She is certified by NASM as a nutrition coach, CPT-17 personal trainer, and group fitness instructor, and her career began on the track as a former Olympic hopeful in the 400m and 200m. Training for the 2000 and 2004 Olympics taught her what it takes to push the human body toward elite performance and what it costs to stay there.
After stepping away from the pro circuit, Kelly returned to Arlington, Texas and opened a Sports Performance Gym that became a launchpad for athletes across the region. For the next 15 years, she trained professional, semi-pro, collegiate, and high-school athletes, serving as a speed coach for the Arlington A’s and helping athletes maintain fitness and train for the MLB, FC Dallas, the WNBA, the NFL, and even the Judo events of the 2008 Games. Her work has shaped athletes chasing dreams measured in seconds, inches, and heart.
Today, Kelly brings that same level of excellence to the Arlington Police Department, where she serves as the Health and Wellness Fitness Trainer for both recruits and incumbent officers. She understands pressure, endurance, and the mental toughness required to perform when the stakes are real.

Beyond the gym, Kelly is a gifted communicator. She speaks on body image and confidence, caring for the wounded and the bruised, the gospel message of redemption and restoration, and living a longer, stronger life through intentional movement and nutrition. Whether she’s coaching an officer, encouraging a women’s group, or standing on a conference stage, Kelly shows people how to reclaim their strength and walk with purpose.
Her life’s work is simple at its core: help people grow, heal, and step into the life they were made for.
